Genesis of the Festival

“From the beginning and throughout all this time, a large number of local institutions and organizations have joined in order to highlight the importance of the ocean and marine resources for the local economy and the need to undertake actions to protect it,” explained the professor from the School of Biology of the UCR and specialist at the Center for Research in Marine Sciences and Limnology (CIMAR).

The full Festival program will take place from June 10 to 14. On June 10, an opening event is scheduled at 5 p.m. at Hotel Casa del Viento in Cuajiniquil.
