Las habitaciones tienen capacidad para albergar de dos hasta siete personas con comodidad ya que están dotadas de cocina. refrigeradora, coffe maker, olla arrocera, horno microondas y menaje.
Además, cuentan con aire acondicionado, agua caliente, servicio de internet y televisión por cable, se ubican estratégicamente a tan solo 700 metros de playa Carrillo.

En cuanto a la empresa Octopus Tours CR también tiene un origen familiar y esta relacionado con el padre de Nataly, Luis Mora, aficionado a la pesca deportiva adquirió un bote pequeño para esta actividad. La presencia de delfines y ballenas con sus crías le despertaron la inquietud de crear una empresa que realizara tours de avistamiento de estas especies de cetáceos.
Debido a que la demanda por los tours aumentó fue necesario adquirir un segundo bote y abrir una oficina en Sámara, que funciono durante poco tiempo, por cuanto Octopus comenzó a negociar directamente con los hoteles de la zona.
Además del avistamiento de delfines y ballenas, esta empresa ofrece tours de pesca y disfrute de atardeceres. El servicio incluye bebidas y frutas, así como equipo de snorkel o bien nadar cerca de la embarcación.
